Detailed project description:

The project with ID number DIMOP_PLUSZ-1.2.6-24-2025-00283 is being implemented under the call for proposals titled Supporting the Growth Opportunities of SMEs through Digital Infrastructure and Transformation.

The development is linked to our company’s core activity: the rental and operation of real estate.

As part of the development, modern cloud-based office software will be acquired. The new software will enable the company’s employees to work remotely and communicate effectively with each other and with external partners. The digital upgrade also includes the implementation of an IT security system, ensuring protection against external threats and enhancing data security.

The development will also expand the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with modern requirements. To meet these needs, the following equipment will be procured: 1 high-end PC, 1 high-end laptop, 1 NAS network storage device, 4 switches, 7 WiFi access points, 2 routers, 2 uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), 1 printer, 1 tablet, and 1 smartphone.

The project also includes the use of IT consultancy services, covering training, installation, and expert support for the implementation and operation of digital technologies and services.

The project’s statutory obligations will be verified by an auditor. Under the flat-rate budget allocation, project management, mandatory public information and communication, as well as overhead costs will be accounted for.
